I initially ordered a custom lamp as a gift for my wife, but was disappointed when the first item arrived with notable defects in the resin. However, the company's response was exceptional. They promptly replaced the item at their own expense (requiring only that I cover the return shipping) and seamlessly incorporated my requested minor design adjustments.To my surprise, the team not only replaced the resin component but also included an entirely new lamp base and light source. The final product is a true masterpiece.The communication throughout the process was excellent, and their after-sales service is commendable. The quality shown in their social media videos accurately reflects their actual work. I highly recommend this business and will certainly be a returning customer.

I’ve had this for years now, and it is still amazing. The resin got a bit cloudy, but it’s still visible inside. Only critique I have is that when I push it too hard, it pops out, but that might be my keyboard’s fault and not the keycap’s. Overall superb product, would buy more if I had more money 😅

my 2 sons anderdingus and coconut ball thunder were making a candy salad when i gave them this. anderdingus started singing but then i reminded him it wasnt his birthday so he started screaming. while i was calming him down coconut ball thunder started using for bone smashing 100/10 would recomend

I HAVE NEVER LOVED SOMETHING MORE!!!!! Well worth the wait, I knew they would be amazing but not this amazing. I want more so bad! Just a bit expensive but since they are handmade I totally get it!!!
