Wife absolutely loves it, looks exactly as described and installed like any other keycap.

The attention to detail is phenomenal. You can tell that the background and figures are hand painted. It was done beautifully and I was even in awe when I first opened the box. I am, however, disappointed in a detail that was added without my knowledge. I did not see other keycaps that had black paint on the bottom…more so in the center of the bottom of the keycap. I am well aware that the final product will differ slightly due to it being hand crafted, but I did not expect a random glob of black paint spread throughout the ground of the keycap. I showed my partner, since it is a gift, and he too questioned the newly added ground. He agreed he did not see that in other products. The responses from the team were timely and efficient, but I am left with an unsettling of feeling of utter disappointment. For $175 I expected more.

This keycap looks amazing! Sadly, it's a bit heavier than the cheap keycaps I was using before so I'll need to get better stabilizers to properly support it but it should work fine once I replace those. The quality is lovely.
