However, for countries outside Vietnam, please buy the remote control's battery because we can't ship the battery abroad.
All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7-10 business days.
With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 – 4 weeks.

There was a bit of a customs issue, but it was worth the wait! I'm very happy that they were able to make a custom Glaceon lamp for me. It's gorgeous overall. Little odd that the wood on the top and bottom was unfinished, but that's an easy fix. Really happy they were able to do the custom job. It made a great gift.
