First off the product itself is gorgeous 9.5/10, the only reason it is not 10/10 is because there are some light marks visible and certain angles and the sides are not polished like the top, but not a big deal.
The reason this review gets a 3/5 is because the communication was extremely disappointing.
Three separate times I had to reach out and follow up to see what the status of my purchase was, which the response was "I will send it out this week". One delay I can handle, with notice, but three separate delays with no communication is just inconsiderate. Be transparent / forthcoming and alright I can deal with that, but don't tell people something will be done 3 different times and fail to meet it each time.

item is pink, rather than purple. the picture depicts a deep purple but its a much lighter color, and pink. also the butterflies are different and not as nicely colored as in picture. the sword is nice though
