We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

First, it’s said my order would arrive between the May 30 and June 6th which was perfectly fine. Then when it said it was shipped it the arrival time changed too June 12-20th for whatever reason!
Second, that led me to messaging the seller (I had no problem doing until this) they apologized for the delay after I placed my order a month ahead. From there I said the original arrival date, and somehow they over looked it. Then informed me that my package was shipped May 17th but didn’t see any updates.
Third, when the package DID finally arrive the package was wide open! The bottom half of the box was wide open, and have no clue how the item didn’t slip out of the box!
This was by the worst experience I have had while using Etsy! Product great, everything else wouldn’t recommend this.
