We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Honestly sooo beautifully made - I picked the wrong size keycap by accident (oops) BUT it's not the seller's fault at all, just miscommunication on my part with the person who I was gifting it to... but they love it regardless!
