Due to this item being a custom items that also ships abroad (to the US), I had a wonderful experience. I reached out to the seller after placing my order a few weeks later to check on the status and they responded within 24 hours, they then continued to update me on the status of shipping and delivery as it was a gift for someone.
The person who got it as a gift has said they absolutely LOVE it and are amazed at the detail and quality!! Truly an item worth the money and the understandable wait time!
