This is a dedicated payment listing for supplementary, pre-approved charges related to your main order. We use this listing to collect fees for services that are customized or requested outside of the standard product purchase.
How to Complete Your Payment:
- Contact First: Ensure you have received a formal quote and approval from our team for the specific service you require.
- Select Option: Use the drop-down menu above to select the exact service you are paying for (e.g., "Engraving Fee").
- Complete Order: Check out normally. We will automatically link this payment to your original order and initiate the requested service.
Service Details:
- Engraving Fee: Covers labor and materials for permanent custom text or logo engraving on your product.
- Expedited Shipping Upgrade: Covers the difference in cost to secure our fastest shipment line for quicker delivery.
- 3D Design File Fee: Payment for the license and transfer of the finished digital design files related to your physical product.
- Other Pre-Approved Services: Includes any unique request agreed upon with our team (premium gift wrapping, custom message cards, or special reinforced packaging...)

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1- Processing time:
- Orders will be shipped from Vietnam.
- The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 - 10 business days.
- With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 - 4 weeks.
