customer service for this shop is excellent. I received the wrong product at first but it was quickly resolved with a replacement. The replacement came wobbly and the seller immediately came up with solutions and ended up sending me another replacement. I am very happy this creator tries their best to provide only top quality items for their customers. I will 100% be buying from them again in the future. Keycaps are also very well made and very nice to look at on the keyboard!!!

This keycap looks absolutely gorgeous! I was amazed by the intricate detail and artistry. Although I had some issues with the item being stuck in customs a while, Hirosart was responsive over messages to let me know that this was a customs issue.

I love this, I got this for my brother and I. The quality is great and have a foot weight to it, the cats are so cute. They don’t fit next to each other if you have a small keyboard. I do wish that the box was the keycap itself and not on top of a keycap, because of height (it’s tall) and looks, but I think it’s still super cute and worth it, it’s just preference. I do like that you can see the lights. Everything matched its description and my expectations, including the shipping and packaging. Nothing broken and it’s all solid. I’m not sure what it says on the box though lol. I recommend!
