Shipping wasn’t the sellers fault but it did take over a month to be delivered due to customs which was frustrating but it is what it is. My friend still loved the gift

Beautiful piece! And customer service is A+ my only complaint would be the light does not work could just be because of shipping regardless turned out Beautiful!

Wish I could comment on the item, but I’m still waiting for it. Ordered on December 3, arrival date said Dec 18-21. By Dec 19, actual tracking info was still unavailable, despite it showing “shipped” on Dec 7. Messaged seller twice and couldn’t get a straight answer out of them—excuses of FedEx being backed up because it was overseas. Seller never contacted me to let me know it would be late, and has yet to give me an actual delivery date. Has not offered refunded shipping cost, or any compensation.
