How long will it take to receive my order?

What material are the lamps made from?

Each lamp is hand-cast from epoxy resin poured into a silicone mold, with a hand-painted figure or scene sealed inside, then finished with a protective top coat. This gives a glass-like, glossy finish with visual depth, similar to a miniature diorama, and results in a piece that's more durable than ordinary acrylic or plastic novelty lamps.

How do I clean and care for my lamp?

Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth for everyday dust, or a cloth lightly dampened with water for smudges. Avoid abrasive scrubbing or spraying cleaner directly onto the resin. Always unplug the lamp before cleaning, and store it away from direct sunlight or successive heat sources to prevent yellowing over time.

What power source do these lamps use?

Most of our lamps are powered via a USB cord (5V), which can be connected to any USB port, wall adapter, or power bank. Some designs come with a wireless/battery-powered option instead, check the individual product listing to confirm your lamp's power source.

Can the lamp change colors?

Yes, our lamps use an LED light with a color-changing effect and come with a remote control, so you can switch between colors and lighting effects (steady, slow fade, strobe) to suit your mood or setup.

Does the remote come with a battery included?

Due to some international shipping regulations, the remote does not come with a battery pre-installed. You'll need to insert a CR2032 or CR2025 battery, both are common, inexpensive, and easy to find at any convenience store, supermarket, or online retailer.

Can I order a custom design lamp?

Yes. We are happy to accommodate custom orders whenever possible, send us a reference image or description of what you'd like. However, limitations may apply for complex designs due to materials, production, and quality standards. Contact our team to discuss feasibility.

Why do some of your lamps detach from the base?

Our lamps are designed to detach from the base primarily to prevent any potential damage during delivery. If you encounter any issues with the light fitting into the base, rest assured that we can promptly replace the base for you, saving both time and money.

How should I proceed if the product arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or broken product upon delivery, kindly inform us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. A new tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to provide efficient service and delivery, orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible via fanpages, or at info@hirosarts.com.
