It takes us almost two weeks to complete each Spacebar pokemon keycap. In the production process including preparing the molds, pouring resin, and coloring the details…, the painting stage is hands down the most difficult thing due to the tiny size and the intricate design of Pokemon molds. But with all the dedication and craft, our artisans created flawless and well-guided to-the-design keycaps which would not definitely fall short of your expectations. All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I order this exact space bar for a Christmas gift. Initially I messed up ordering the wrong size. Once I found out the correct size, I emailed Hirosart concerned, and they made the correction with no problems. They responded within 24 hours and told me it would take longer which is understandable. I felt terrible for making the mistake on the order, but they had no problem fixing it for me. Additionally, the space bar is bad a**. So much detail and time was spent on making it. If you get any key caps from here, you will NOT regret it!
