Shipping took quite a while since it was an international order, but the quality of the product was surprisingly good. The artisan knob keycap is absolutely adorable, and I really like its design.
The only downside was that, on my unit, the thickness of the inner socket was uneven and became thicker deeper inside the hole. Because of this, it did not fit my encoder’s D-shaped shaft properly at first. I managed to make it fit by carefully grinding the inside with a small saw file and adding layers of tape as a shim, but it would have been much better if it had fit correctly from the beginning.

Shipping took quite a while since it was an international order, but the quality was excellent. The artisan knob is adorable, and I really love the design.
The only issue was that the inner D-shaped socket on my unit was too tight and became narrower deeper inside, so it didn't fit my encoder properly at first. I was able to fix it by carefully filing the inside and using a small tape shim, but it would have been much better if it had fit correctly from the start.
