All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1- Processing time:
- Orders will be shipped from Vietnam.
- The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 - 10 business days.
- With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 - 4 weeks.

After some issues with receiving the wrong product, I was helped very well and fast. Soon after that my Pokémon keycap was sent and I absolutely love it!! The detail is amazing and it just fits so well. Definitely will be back for more keycaps!

The item quality is great, as described. Unfortunately it's not exactly level so it sits slightly crooked against my keyboard meaning while I type it taps against the body of my keyboard producing an annoying repetitive noise. Also, I asked for it to be black with gold or pale yellow accents to match my Egyptian themed keycaps but it is definitely orange.
