How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimate shipping date varies depending on each product. We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 - 10 business days. The processing time for custom orders such as Pokemon keycaps, lamps is 3 - 4 weeks. Shipping takes over 8 - 20 days on average, depending on your location.

How do I measure my keycap size?

Keycaps are measured in units, with each standard alphanumeric key being 1u (unit) in size. Keep in mind that "u" only describes width, not height. Measure the width of the keycap edge-to-edge from the top surface. Divide the millimeter measurement by 19mm (the standard 1u spacing interval) to find its unit size. For example, a key measuring roughly 23.75mm corresponds to a 1.25u key.

How should I proceed if the product arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or broken product upon delivery, kindly inform us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. A new tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to provide efficient service and delivery, orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible via fanpages, or at info@hirosarts.com.

What material are the keycaps made from?

Each keycap is hand-cast from epoxy resin poured into a silicone mold, with a hand-painted figure inside, then sealed with a protective top coat. This gives a glass-like, glossy finish with visual depth, similar to a miniature diorama. More durable than the ABS/PBT plastic used on factory keycaps, it has more weight and a smoother, cooler-to-touch surface, and is not prone to chipping if dropped on a hard surface.

How do I clean and care for my keycap?

Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth for everyday dust, or a cloth lightly dampened with water for smudges. Avoid abrasive scrubbing. Store away from direct sunlight or successive heat sources (windows, heaters) to prevent yellowing over time.

Can I order a custom design keycap?

Yes, send us a reference image or description of the character, color scheme, or design you want. We'll confirm feasibility, price, and lead time before starting production. Custom pieces are made to order, so turnaround runs longer than in-stock keycaps; plan ahead if you need it by a specific date.

Description

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Shrine Keycap - A Piece of Hyrule for Your Keyboard

Inspired by the mysterious shrines scattered across Hyrule, this Zelda Shrine Keycap captures the ancient, technological atmosphere of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The orange-toned resin surrounds a detailed shrine-inspired structure, echoing the glowing energy and enigmatic architecture Link encounters throughout his journey. Its compact design makes this Zelda keycap a subtle way to bring the world of TOTK into a mechanical keyboard setup.

The sculpted details work especially well as a distinctive gaming keycap, whether used as a standalone accent or alongside other Hyrule-themed keys.

For fans building a game-themed keyboard, the Gaming Keycaps collection offers more character-inspired designs, while the wider Artisan Keycaps range features handcrafted pieces from different worlds.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I measure my spacebar size?

To determine your spacebar size, you need to measure the length of the spacebar keycap in millimeters and divide it by 19. This will give you the unit size of your spacebar. For example, if your spacebar is 114 mm long, then your spacebar size is 114/19 = 6u. Our spacebar size ranges from 5.57u to 7u, so you can choose the one that fits your keyboard best.

How do I know if your keycaps fit my mechanical keyboard?

Our keycaps are compatible with Cherry MX switches & clones in terms of switch types and SA/OEM in terms of keycap profile. These are the most common and popular types of switches and profiles in the mechanical keyboard market. However, some keyboards may have different layouts or sizes that may not match our keycaps. To provide you with better support, kindly email us with your keyboard model and we will check the compatibility for you.

What is a "keyboard profile"?

A "keyboard profile" typically refers to the physical shape or design of a keyboard, particularly the arrangement and height of the keys. Different keyboard profiles can affect the typing experience and ergonomics, with common profiles including flat, low-profile, and sculpted designs. Additionally, in the context of mechanical keyboards, "keyboard profile" may also refer to the shape of the keycaps, such as OEM, Cherry, DSA, SA, or other profiles, each offering different keycap heights and shapes.

What is the estimated custom time?

For custom orders such as Pokémon keycaps, custom night lights or wrist rests, the processing time extends to 3 to 4 weeks.
