How do I measure my keycap size?

Keycaps are measured in units, with each standard alphanumeric key being 1u (unit) in size. Keep in mind that "u" only describes width, not height. Measure the width of the keycap edge-to-edge from the top surface. Divide the millimeter measurement by 19mm (the standard 1u spacing interval) to find its unit size. For example, a key measuring roughly 23.75mm corresponds to a 1.25u key.

How should I proceed if the product arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or broken product upon delivery, kindly inform us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. A new tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

What material are the keycaps made from?

Each keycap is hand-cast from epoxy resin poured into a silicone mold, with a hand-painted figure inside, then sealed with a protective top coat. This gives a glass-like, glossy finish with visual depth, similar to a miniature diorama. More durable than the ABS/PBT plastic used on factory keycaps, it has more weight and a smoother, cooler-to-touch surface, and is not prone to chipping if dropped on a hard surface.

How do I clean and care for my keycap?

Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth for everyday dust, or a cloth lightly dampened with water for smudges. Avoid abrasive scrubbing. Store away from direct sunlight or successive heat sources (windows, heaters) to prevent yellowing over time.
