We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 – 4 weeks.

Absolutely worth every cent. Was blown away by how my custom keycap turned out. The detail is amazing. Shipped in a timely manner as well. There was a slight tolerance issue with my current set of switches but I swapped out my escape switch for a different one and it worked just fine!

It took 3 months for my order to arrive and I never got updates on my order unless I was repeatedly following up with the shop owner. When my keycap finally arrived it was a totally different design than what I ordered and the seller tried to just give me a 10% discount instead of immediately offering to replace my item with what I ordered. Then I had to wait another month for my replacement only for the colors to still look off from the listing and the mold to have a yellow tint to it. I've ordered from this shop before but my experience this time was a nightmare and I wouldn't order again from them.
