Had no issues with customer service, they were great with communication. The only issue I had was that the keycap didn’t fit on my keyboard because it was off centered.

I bought this one and the mimikyu one, the mimikyu keycap fits but the mudkip one doesn't. probably a small error but quality work nonetheless. Fantastic job I LOVE BOTH OF THEM!! <3
Shannara –
Fantastic customer service and arrived way before the estimated date. Thank you, the keycap is GORGEOUS!!
Emma –
The key itself is well made, but the choice of base doesn't match the pokemon. I ordered a dragonite keycap, and the base was a firey red, which goes better with a fire pokemon rather than a dragon type. Ability to chose the colour of the base would improve the experience. Otherwise they key is well constructed

These keycaps are amazing and I am very happy with them. I ordered the ten pack as I wanted a very specific set of Pokémon to be included. Caps arrived very quickly. I had one broken stem, but the artist was extremely quick to reply and get a replacement cap provided.

Good quality resin keycap with nice design. Unfortunately, it has mistake typo of my name on the key.
Shipping was on a slow side but the seller was well communicating about the delay.
Update: the seller reach out and proper amount of refund was discuss to resolve this issue.

Beautifully made resin keycaps just as described and advertised! I love the colors and 3 of 4 keycaps fit like a glove! The last keycap I had to push down a little harder, but eventually it stuck well! I love them alot! Great quality, thank you!

The craftsmanship and quality on this far surpassed what I had prepared myself for. I imagined much less, and had my mind blown with regard to the attention to detail and how well this keycap looks. An honor to have a piece of art such as this associated with my humble keyboard.

Wonderful keycaps! Got the caps and I have to say they really elevate my setup!
They do have a slight hue shift from cap to cap but it's really nothing noticeable unless you really look into it.
The keycap wasn't totally even on the bottom but that hasn't been an issue
Otherwise absolutely outstanding! They came in a cute little box and my girlfriend loved the free stickers!
